Krishna P. Paudel is a professor of environmental and resource economics at Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge, LA, USA. He received an undergraduate degree with distinction from Tribhuvan University, Nepal in 1992, an M.S. degree from Auburn University in 1995 and a Ph.D. degree from the University of Georgia in 1999. He has taught several graduate and undergraduate level classes in Environmental and Resource Economics. He has published 56 articles in referred journals, published many abstracts and proceeding articles, and presented several papers in national and international meetings. His research interests are in the areas of nonpoint source pollution, nonmarket valuations, water resource economics, sustainability and dynamic modeling.
